All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

Multiple Shipments
To provide faster delivery, products within the same order may be shipped separately from different fulfilment centres. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work towards an appropriate solution.
